What exactly is included in the $149, and what isn't?
Included: Conty's GEO & SEO articles in your brand voice, 24/7 WhatsApp and Instagram AI reception, the monthly Vibe Lens report, AI-assisted ad account management and a named human who owns your account. Not included: your own ad spend, which you pay your ad platforms directly, and anything in the Custom plan, trained models, a bespoke CRM, custom internal systems.
Is there a contract, and how do I cancel?
No contract and no minimum term. v1be is billed monthly and you cancel from your account or by writing one line to your account owner. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you already paid for, there is no notice period and no cancellation fee.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Within the first 14 days we refund the month in full, no questions asked, and you keep the work already delivered. After that, monthly billing means the most you are ever exposed to is the current month.
How long does the $149 launch price last?
For as long as your subscription runs. $149 is the launch rate against a $249 list price, and it is locked to your account, if we raise the price for new brands later, yours does not move. It only resets if you cancel and come back on whatever rate is current then.
Why is v1be cheaper than an agency? Is the quality lower?
An agency bills you for hours, and hours don't get cheaper. v1be bills you for a system: the expensive part, research, drafting, first-pass editing, is done by AI trained on your brand, and a human reviews and signs off before anything ships. You are paying for the review and the accountability, not for someone retyping a brief.
How is this different from just paying for ChatGPT?
A chat subscription gives you a blank prompt box and leaves the work to you. v1be gives you a multi-stage pipeline trained on your data and tone, running on a schedule, plumbed into your CMS, your WhatsApp and your ad accounts, with a person accountable for the output. The model is the cheapest part of the problem.
Who processes my payment, and where is my card stored?
Payments run through Dodo Payments, our merchant of record. Card details are entered directly into their PCI-compliant fields and are never stored on v1be's servers, we only ever see the subscription status and the amount.
What happens if I need more than one brand?
The Vibe plan covers one brand. For a second brand, a group or an agency arrangement, talk to us, that is what the Custom plan exists for and it is usually cheaper than two subscriptions.
