Privacy Policy

v1be provides AI-assisted marketing, content, social publishing, advertising, analytics and customer engagement services. In this policy, “v1be”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to v1be.

This policy applies to v1be.io, the v1be dashboard and services that link to it. It does not govern Meta, payment providers or other third-party services, which apply their own privacy terms.

The information we collect depends on the features you use and the choices you make.

• Information you provide, such as your name, email address, company, messages, briefs, brand guidelines, content and support requests.
• Account and service information, such as your user ID, workspace role, settings, subscription status and activity needed to operate the dashboard.
• Transaction information from our payment provider, such as payment status, plan and billing identifiers. We do not store full payment-card details.
• Technical and usage information, such as IP address, browser, device, pages viewed, referring page, timestamps, diagnostic logs and cookie choices.
• Information from connected services when you authorize an integration, including the Meta information described below.

If you connect Facebook, Instagram or a Meta ad account, Meta shows you the requested permissions before you approve them. Depending on the feature, v1be may receive and process:

• Your Meta user identifier and the names and identifiers of Business portfolios, Pages, professional Instagram accounts and ad accounts you are authorized to manage.
• Page and Instagram profile details needed to display the connected channel and publish content you approve.
• Campaign, ad set, ad, creative, budget, targeting, delivery and performance information needed for reporting and ad management.
• Access tokens and permission status needed to keep the connection working. Tokens are stored server-side and are never sent to the browser.
• Content, captions, media references and publishing results for posts you choose to schedule or publish.

We use information only for legitimate, disclosed purposes connected with operating v1be.

• Provide, personalize and support the website, dashboard and requested services.
• Connect authorized accounts, retrieve reporting data, prepare recommendations and carry out actions you approve, such as publishing a post or changing an ad setting.
• Process requested content and analysis, including through contracted AI service providers where needed to generate the output.
• Process payments, send service communications and respond to support requests.
• Secure the service, prevent misuse, troubleshoot errors and meet legal obligations.
• Measure website and campaign performance. Non-essential analytics and advertising tags run only according to your cookie choice where consent is required.

Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on performance of our contract with you, your consent, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, and compliance with legal obligations. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing that already occurred lawfully.

We do not sell personal data. We share only what is reasonably necessary with service providers that help us run v1be, such as hosting and database providers, payment and email providers, security and analytics tools, and contracted AI processors. They may process data only for the services they provide to us and under applicable contractual safeguards.

We also send data to Meta when you ask v1be to retrieve information or perform an authorized action. We may disclose information to professional advisers, regulators or authorities when required by law, or as part of a lawful business reorganization with appropriate protections.

We keep personal data only for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with law, resolve disputes and protect the platform. Meta access tokens are kept while the connection is active or until they expire or are revoked. Operational records may be retained where necessary for security, accounting or legal compliance.

We use access controls, server-side secret storage, encrypted connections and monitoring appropriate to the nature of the data. No internet service is completely risk-free, so we cannot promise absolute security.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, receive a portable copy, withdraw consent and complain to a data-protection authority. You may also disconnect a Meta integration or change website cookie consent at any time.

v1be and its providers may process data in countries other than yours. Where required, we use recognized transfer mechanisms and contractual safeguards designed to protect personal data across borders.

v1be is a business service and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children who cannot legally consent to the processing in their country.

We may update this policy when the service or law changes. We will post the revised version here, change the date above and provide additional notice when a change materially affects your rights.
